Kindergarten is an exciting time for both parents and children. For many kids, it’s their first experience stepping into a school setting, leaving the comfort of home, and adapting to a new environment. But it also exposes them to new experiences, social interaction, and a world of learning. For parents, it can be hard to watching their little ones go off on their own but it also marks the beginning of their education.

Some children are excited to start school and experience a bit of independence, but for many parents, it can be hard to watch them go. Parents tend to be very overprotective and it's only natural that they may be unsure how to act or respond when it’s time to drop their little ones off at school. Teachers understand the difficulty parents face but certain behaviors can make the transition even more difficult.
